# Manage Access

Grant users access to individual projects and deployments.

Projects contain deployments. Project access does not grant deployment management access. It provides read-only deployment visibility and access to project-level features.

### Grant project access

1. Open the project.
2. Select the **Shared** tab.
3. Click **Share**.
4. Enter the user's email address.
5. Select the project permissions to grant.

#### Project permissions

* **Overview**: Access the project overview.
* **Deployments**: View deployments or create deployments in the project.
* **Activity Logs**: View project activity logs.
* **Settings**: Manage project settings.
* **Administrator**: Access every project permission.

### Grant deployment access

1. Open the deployment.
2. Select the **Shared** tab.
3. Click **Share**.
4. Enter the user's email address.
5. Select the deployment permissions to grant.

#### Deployment permissions

* **Overview**: Access the deployment overview.
* **Manage**: Access the **Console** tab.
* **Environments**: Manage deployment environments.
* **Files**: Access deployment files.
* **Databases**: Access deployment databases.
* **Backups**: Access deployment backups.
* **Network**: Access deployment network settings.
* **Administrator**: Access every deployment permission.
