# Issues Creating Server \[Free Users]

{% hint style="info" %}
Legacy Panel Guide
{% endhint %}

Some **common errors** are:

* `Creating server...` (stuck with this message)
* `Server Creation Timed out whilst in queue. Please try again.`
* `An unknown error occurred creating your server!`
* `There is not currently enough capacity to deploy your server.`

All of these errors are related to our free server nodes being full. You have two ways to "fix" them:

1. **Wait patiently and keep trying** to create the server.\
   **Servers are constantly created and deleted**: when there is enough capacity available, you will be able to create a server.\
   These messages may appear from time to time, and **we cannot give an ETA** for when you will be able to create a server.\
   \
   You can try to use [BananaBurner Panel](/bot-hosting.net/pages-and-resources/unofficial-bananaburner.md) tool to automatically retry server creation. The linked post has a guide on how to install and use the extension.\
   \
   Please do **not** open new tickets about these messages. You will simply be redirected here, and the ticket will be closed.
2. Buy a coin package that includes Premium Node access ($3 or higher). See [Premium Support & Nodes](/bot-hosting.net/faqs-and-information/premium.md) and [Payment Guide](/bot-hosting.net/faqs-and-information/payment-guide.md).

{% hint style="info" %}
There are no plans to add new free server nodes. We already host more than 20k free servers, and the machines they run on cost money.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://bothosting-net.gitbook.io/bot-hosting.net/faqs-and-information/issues-create-free.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
